The Independent Alternative's Make Your Own Contest, Contest!
WIN TICKETS TO SEE THE DAVE MATTHEWS BAND with Michael Franti and Spearhead performing at the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre Tuesday, July 1st!
All you have to do is stump us with a Dave Matthews trivia question we can't answer!
1. Come up with your trivia question. It can be a fact about the band or even "name that tune" from a clip of a lyric.
2. Email it to us with your name, address and phone number we can reach you at around 4:00 in the afternoon. The email address is dave@wxryfm.org.
3. At 4:20 each afternoon before I-Report traffic, Varholy will choose a bunch of questions and attempt to answer them. If your question stumps him, you win a pair of tickets to the show!
Our official rules apply. In addition, the following rules apply to this contest:
1. The contest officially starts at midnight, Tuesday, June 24, 2008. Trivia question solicitation begins at midnight, Monday, June 23, 2008.
2. Trivia question answers must be independently verifiable fact.
3. A total of five (5) pair of tickets to the July 1st performance of the Dave Matthews Band in Charlotte will be awarded as prizes.
4. In the event of a tie or other issues, prizes will be awarded by random drawing.
